Scope and delivery

Any paid work starts with an agreed scope, fee, timing and acceptance criteria. A prototype demonstration is not a production-service commitment. Deployment, intellectual-property terms, payment and any support arrangement are specified in the written agreement.

This website

These pages do not set cookies or use analytics scripts, advertising pixels or browser storage. Fonts are served with the site. Following an external link takes you to a separate service.

The hosting and email services may process technical logs and correspondence to operate the site, answer enquiries and conduct agreed work. No mailing-list subscription is created by contacting me. Keep the initial enquiry free of confidential attachments.

Personal data and enquiries

Contact details and correspondence are used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps toward an engagement. Records are retained only while needed for the enquiry, agreed work or applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact Emil to request access, correction or deletion and raise any privacy question; complaints may be directed to Datatilsynet.

Data in a project

Access, hosting, retention and any necessary data-processing agreement are established before client data is shared. Local inference is an available design option for an appropriate scope; it is not a blanket promise of compliance or perfect anonymization.
